Acknowledgement of Country
Future Metals acknowledges the Malarngowem and Gija peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the Country on which the Panton PGM Project and the Alice Downs Corridor exploration ground are located. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
We recognise the deep and continuing spiritual, cultural and physical connection of Traditional Custodians to this Country.
Engagement
Both the Malarngowem and Gija peoples are represented through the Kimberley Land Council. Future Metals is committed to respectful, transparent and ongoing engagement with Traditional Owners, pastoral landholders and local communities throughout its operations.
The Company is committed to protecting Aboriginal cultural heritage by seeking to avoid impacts through careful project planning, heritage surveys and ongoing engagement with Traditional Owners. Exploration activities are undertaken in accordance with heritage and land access agreements, while seeking to minimise disturbance to pastoral operations wherever practicable.
Where potential new heritage sites are identified, or any inadvertent impacts occur, these are reported promptly in accordance with agreed heritage reporting protocols.

Health & Safety
The health, safety and wellbeing of our people, contractors, visitors and communities is fundamental to how Future Metals operates. We believe that every person has the right to return home safely, and that effective risk management is integral to responsible exploration and project development.
Our field activities are conducted in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA), Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022, the Mining Act 1978 (WA) and all applicable regulatory requirements. We maintain appropriate statutory supervision across our activities, ensuring work is planned, authorised and undertaken by competent personnel with clear accountability and oversight.
Operating in the remote East Kimberley presents unique challenges. Future Metals recognises the additional risks associated with remote travel, isolation, extreme climatic conditions and field-based exploration. To manage these risks, our personnel are supported by comprehensive site inductions, documented safe work procedures, journey management systems, satellite communications, GPS tracking technology, emergency response planning and regular welfare check-ins. All field activities are authorised through our statutory supervision framework and supported by modern communication and personnel tracking systems.
Our approach to health and safety extends beyond physical injury prevention. We are committed to identifying, assessing and managing hazards across all aspects of our operations, including:
- Physical — mobile equipment, manual handling, remote work, fatigue and workplace safety.
- Psychological — fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace that supports mental health, wellbeing and psychological safety.
- Chemical — safe storage, handling and transport of fuels, reagents and hazardous substances.
- Biological & Environmental — managing risks associated with wildlife, heat stress, insects, dust, naturally occurring asbestos, bushfire and changing environmental conditions.
Safety is embedded into every stage of our work through hazard identification, risk assessment, incident reporting, continuous improvement and strong leadership. We encourage all personnel to actively participate in maintaining a positive safety culture by identifying hazards, reporting near misses and looking after one another.
